This is a seasonal part‑time role located in Dublin, Ohio.
Wayfair is hiring an Ops & Visual Associate for our Returns Outlet retail store. The base pay for this position is $17 per hour.
Hours20 hours per week with weekend and day shift availability required.

- Act as a brand ambassador for the Wayfair family, leading and creating a best‑in‑class customer experience by connecting customers with the world’s largest and best home assortment brought to life in our stores.
- Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, signing, and assortment in all departments to ensure the sales floor is adequately stocked and maintain visual standards required by Wayfair and Tanger Outlets.
- Support customer fulfillment across all channels, leveraging services including order pick‑up and incoming inventory.
- Maintain visual standards, replenishment, safety, and back‑room standards.
- Participate in all operational aspects of the store including processing new products, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions, and general upkeep.
- Exemplify a positive and professional attitude toward customers and team members.
- Bring a willingness to share innovative ideas and solutions to continuously improve team operations.
- Work in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment with rapid changes in products, promotions, offerings, and operations.
- Assist with furniture delivery to customer vehicles.
- 1+ year of stock receiving experience; retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and passion for great customer service.
- Strong organization, self‑motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- All employees expected to represent the brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism.

- Positive, professional attitude and enthusiasm for supporting customers.
- Technical acumen to learn necessary software (Google and Microsoft Office) to manage inventory and price items.
- Ability to process information and merchandise through a computer system and POS register system.
- Required standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling, and reaching with hands and arms. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must comfortably lift up to 75 lb unassisted and maneuver product up to 150+ lb unassisted or via team lift.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Your shift structure will vary due to the retail industry, but the store runs Monday–Saturday 10:00 AM–8:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM. Employee shifts may include an hour before or after store hours. A schedule will be provided at least two weeks in advance, and you may trade shifts with teammates as needed. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check.
