Position: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - Store 680
United Dairy Farmers - 5171 Riggins Road - Responsibilities:
Managing other Associates including assigning/monitoring duties, coaching The Hi Five Guest Experience, and training Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates;
Store Administration including ordering, reviewing weekly delivery reports, transferring products, and completing paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor;
Overall Guest Services including delivering the UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and ensuring the store is prepared for guests;
Dip Side Guest Services including preparation of shakes/malts, ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers;
Efficient Operation of Point of Sale System and Gas Console including processing transactions and gas sales accurately;
Stocking Merchandise including keeping shelves/freezers filled and rotating stock properly;
Security to minimize shop-lifting and gas drive-offs and cash controls;
Maintenance ensuring clean, safe, organized store and functioning equipment;
Reporting including accurate time records and the Customer First Document;
Other duties as assigned by Management
