Part Time Retail Field Trainer

Advantage Solutions seeks a Part Time Retail Field Trainer to deliver in-store training and coaching that elevates sales, merchandising, and brand advocacy for leading consumer brands. In this role, you will visit assigned retail locations to train associates on product knowledge, selling skills, and visual standards, ensuring flawless execution of client programs. You will observe performance, provide on-the-spot coaching, and report results through digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store training sessions for retail associates on product knowledge, brand standards, and selling skills.
• Coach store teams on merchandising, display execution, and planogram compliance.
• Observe retail execution, document findings, and report results using digital tools.
• Partner with store and client contacts to prioritize training needs and action plans.
• Travel between assigned stores within a territory on a part-time schedule.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on training effectiveness and retail opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with client and retailer policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records of visits, training activities, and performance metrics.
