Apex Plumbing, Electric, Heating, and Air is expanding, and we're looking for experienced HVAC Sales (Comfort Advisors) to join our top-performing team. • Consult with homeowners about their in-home comfort needs, offering expert guidance with professionalism and confidence
• Present tailored HVAC solutions that align with customer preferences, budget, and home specs
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners and business clients across Central Ohio
• Collaborate with our internal teams (logistics, technicians, support staff) to ensure a smooth, five-star experience for every customer
• Maintain deep knowledge of Apex products, services, and promotions
• Close deals, follow through, and deliver results while keeping the customer's needs first

• Prior HVAC or home services sales experience preferred
• Strong communicator with a consultative, customer-centered approach
• Technically minded able to explain HVAC systems and energy efficiency concepts in simple terms
• Self-motivated and organized skilled at managing leads, appointments, and follow-ups
• Experience using CRM systems and mobile sales tools
• Positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
