Are you a motivated, results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals? As a Sales Representative at EASE Logistics, you will generate leads, qualify prospects, and add new customers whose supply chain needs align with EASE’s value-added solutions. You’ll also maintain and grow existing relationships, acting as a trusted consultant and logistics expert, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect new business opportunities via phone, email, in-person visits, and events.
- Add customers to the EASE portfolio whose supply chain needs match our core services.
- Maintain constant communication with existing customers, developing long-term partnerships.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Act as a liaison between customers and EASE Operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Attend on-site customer meetings, conferences, and conventions to promote EASE Logistics.
- Manage daily operations of smaller accounts that don’t meet minimum operational thresholds.
- Track and update customer information and sales activities in CRM system.
- Assist Accounting with billing and accounts receivable issues when needed.
- Be available outside of typical business hours as needed to support accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Logistics and/or sales experience beneficial, but not required—we value your hustle!
- Additional training and certifications considered on a case-by-case basis.
