What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect new business opportunities via phone, email, in-person visits, and events.
- Add Mid‑Market and Enterprise customers whose supply chain needs align with EASE’s core services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, developing long‑term partnerships.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer needs, sharing recommendations for growth.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and EASE Operations teams to ensure alignment on expectations.
- Attend customer meetings, conferences, and conventions to promote EASE Logistics.
- Track and update all sales activity and customer information in the CRM system.
- Support the Accounting team with billing and accounts receivable issues when needed.
- Respond to client needs outside typical business hours as necessary.
- Deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 3 years logistics sales experience required.
- 1–5 years business development or sales experience preferred depending on degree.
- Sales, customer service, or negotiation‑related experience strongly valued.
