• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM local time; rotational weekend work during training.
• Full‑time position with flexibility based on seasonality.
• Hybrid office/remote: two in‑office days per week, up to 3 remote days after training.

• Answer incoming calls from prospective members, identify needs, convert to qualified leads and sales.
• Follow up with members on questions or to review current or new products and services.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information while maintaining active listening and engagement.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the product portfolio and assist members in selecting products that best meet their needs.
• Assist in completion of enrollment applications over the phone, staying consistent with product requirements.
• Meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals.
• Maintain requirements for agent licensure, appointments, and annual product certification.
• Work as a licensed agent; compensation tied to sales and customer experience.

• Base pay + monthly sales incentive.
• Average annual earnings $50K – $65K; top performers can earn $80K+.
• Paid time off: 15 days accrued during first year plus 8 paid holidays.
• Sign‑On Bonus up to $2,000 for unlicensed external/internal applicants; up to $3,000 for licensed applicants.

• High school diploma/GED or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience.
• Within 30 days, obtain all appropriate state insurance licenses.
• Must work regularly scheduled shifts, including training; able to adjust daily schedule, overtime, weekends.
• Live within commutable distance to 5900 Parkwood Place, Dublin, OH office.

• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications; ability to learn new system applications.
• Flexibility to customize approach to meet all types of caller communication styles and personalities.
