Role OverviewThe Regional Support Associate is an entry‑level role within Meeder's Sales Distribution team, responsible for delivering high‑quality service to financial advisors, clients, and internal partners. The position combines client support, sales execution, and operational coordination‑handling inquiries, supporting regional growth initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of investment information. This role builds foundational knowledge of Meeder's products, markets, and systems while developing strong communication and client relationship skills.
It serves as a pipeline for future growth into sales, consulting, or relationship management roles.
- Provide exceptional service when working with associates and clients; handle inbound calls regarding product information, literature requests, and general inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calls as assigned by management to support client engagement and sales initiatives.
- Respond to requests for information promptly, gathering and organizing materials to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Assist with the implementation of sales force client marketing plans to support regional growth objectives.
- Identify and recommend process improvements that increase departmental efficiency and enhance the client experience.
- Utilize fund analysis tools and internal systems to strategically leverage Meeder's client offerings.
- Maintain current knowledge of Meeder products, investment management philosophy, industry events, and market developments impacting clients.
- Perform related duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required or demonstrated willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
- Working knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and the asset management industry is preferred.
- Professional, goal‑oriented approach to work with a demonstrated sales drive and client‑first mindset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment, with a capacity to quickly learn new processes and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
