Front Desk Sales Associate

Are you high-energy, incredibly organized, and obsessed with helping people crush their fitness goals? As an Orange theory Sales Associate you'll be the heartbeat of the front desk. You'll partner directly with the Studio Manager to keep the studio running, and ensure every member walks in and out of our doors with a smile.

This is a 20-30 hour-per-week position perfect for someone who loves fitness, leadership, and making things run like clockwork.

What You'll Actually Do

• Lead the Vibe: Keep the energy high at the front desk.
• Master the Desk: Run the daily show-from checking in members and answering sales calls to keeping client accounts up to date and handling cash.
• Lean into your Sales Prowess: Help the Studio succeed in monthly goals for Membership Retentions, New Sales, Revenue and other Retail sales.

EXAMPLE WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Studio hours include 4:30 am - 8 pm weekdays as well as Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 1 pm.
Sales Associate hours will include opening and closing during the week and at least one weekend day, most weekends. In other words, we have a lot of hours to cover and can support flexibility!

COMPENSATION

Hourly: $15.00

+ Individual sales commission (up to $40 per sale) and monthly Bonus (Up to $250+)
+Simple IRA Match at 3%

+Paid time off according to PTO policy (based on tenure)
