Job Overview

United Healthcare is hiring a Medicare Sales Agent in Dublin, OH. We offer competitive base pay plus monthly sales incentive, a $0 sign‑on bonus up to $3,000 for licensed external/internal applicants, and up to $2,000 for unlicensed. The role is in an inbound call center with full‑time hours Monday‑Friday 7:00 AM‑9:30 PM local time. Training is 6‑10 weeks followed by a hybrid work model, allowing up to three office days per week.

• Answer incoming calls from prospective members, identify their assistance needs, and convert callers to qualified leads and sales.
• Follow up with members on questions or to review current or new products and services.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to document member information while maintaining active listening and engagement.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the product portfolio, explain differences between products, and assist in selection.
• Assist in completion of the enrollment application over the phone, staying consistent with product requirements and enrollment guidelines.
• Meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals set for the position.
• Maintain requirements for agent licensure, appointments, and annual product certification.

• Base pay plus monthly sales incentive; average annual earnings $50,000–$65,000, top performers can earn $80,000+.

• High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of customer service/sales experience.
• Within 30 days of hire, obtain all appropriate state insurance licenses (may be completed during training).
• Ability to work regular scheduled shifts, including training, with flexibility for overtime and weekends.
• Must live within commutable distance to 5900 Parkwood Place, Dublin, OH.

• Previous sales experience.
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications; ability to learn new systems.
• Flexibility to customize approach for diverse caller communication styles.
