As a Client Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional service and innovative insurance solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them navigate their risk management strategies.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for a group of clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met. You’ll collaborate with our production team to lead renewal processes, delivering timely and high‑quality solutions. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and their representatives, you’ll secure existing business and identify opportunities to expand services. Your work will directly contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and Gallagher’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client service or claims management experience, or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years relevant experience.
- Producer’s License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to explain complex issues simply over the phone or in presentations.
- Comfort balancing multiple priorities and working independently.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships (Preferred).
- Solid financial acumen (Preferred).
- Proficient in using technology to maximize productivity and quality (Behavior).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Behavior).
- Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion (Behavior).
- Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities (Behavior).
- Works in a self‑directed manner (Behavior).
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
