Direct-to-Consumer Medicare Sales Supervisor - Hybrid in Dublin, OH. United Healthcare is hiring for a sales leader role in Dublin, OH. This position involves leading a telesales team responsible for enrolling consumer prospects into United Healthcare Medicare Solutions plans. No license is required prior to starting; the company will pay for and provide support to obtain the required state licenses. Schedule will vary from 8am EST to 9pm EST.

The role follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and requires residence in Dublin, Ohio or nearby for hybrid work flexibility.

• Coach and motivate agents to achieve or exceed sales targets with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Supervise daily team activities by reviewing calls/reports, identifying opportunities, managing work assignments, and ensuring a positive consumer experience.
• Develop staff through one-on-one coaching, role plays, and team meetings.
• Deliver training and professional development opportunities for agents.
• Partner with peer leaders to foster a positive culture within the organization.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback with peer leadership.
• Coordinate department activities to ensure agents can sell with accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify compliance and quality improvements and initiate corrective actions.
• Collaborate on projects related to systems, processes, or inter-department initiatives.
• Participate in staff recruiting, selection, orientation, and training.
• Identify issues and training needs and maintain department processes.
• Perform other related duties to achieve goals and objectives.

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher).
• State health insurance license is required; if not currently held, must be willing to obtain a company-sponsored license within 30 days of starting employment.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales, call center, or production environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a production or call center environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Reside in or within commutable distance to Dublin, OH.
• Must currently be in a lead position.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Active OH health insurance license.
• Medicare, managed care, insurance, or financial services industry experience.

• Total compensation includes base pay plus incentive/bonus based on sales performance and team results.

Pay is based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications. The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $115,000 annually for full-time employment, plus potential bonuses based on sales performance.
