Business Development, Sales Development Rep/SDR
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with
prospective clients, and promoting our staffing solutions and portfolio across a variety of industries.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a
passion for helping organizations solve their hiring challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, Linked In, and other sales channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings to independently manage the sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and recommend appropriate staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure successful delivery of staffing services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system (Hub Spot and Bullhorn).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or staffing industry experience.
- Experience selling staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Hub Spot, Bullhorn, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing models.
- Experience selling IT, healthcare, engineering, finance, or professional staffing services.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting workflows.
- Ability to analyze client needs and present customized workforce solutions.
- Number of outbound calls and emails completed

- CRM data accuracy and activity tracking
The physical requirements for this office role include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours a day, and regularly operate standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Employees should be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally and frequently perform tasks that require typing, writing, and document handling. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities to read materials and participate in meetings.
