As a GSM for Ferrari of Central Ohio, you will play a crucial role in leading our Ferrari sales team, improving performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, coaching, and mentoring sales staff, and working closely with the finance department to maximize profitability. If you have a passion for leadership, a strong background in Luxury automotive sales, and F&I experience, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Previous experience with luxury automotive brands preferred
Proven knowledge of dealership procedures and operations
Strong background in leading and managing a team of people successfully
Advance Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
Demonstrable experience in a sales management position
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills
Knowledge of federal, state, hazardous materials and waste, and OSHA regulations
Willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
