Ohio Health - - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems to ensure reliable healthcare facility operations.;
Respond to service calls across administrative, patient care, and public areas; perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, lighting, and general repairs.;
Troubleshoot minor medical gas equipment and kitchen equipment.;
Conduct general corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, and repair patient care, administrative, and public area equipment; coordinate with vendors for non-warranty projects; perform carpentry and painting as needed.;
Coordinate and inspect projects to ensure quality, timelines, and compliance with city/state codes and JCAHO.
