We are looking for skilled crafts persons to join our team.

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge — capable of pulling, straightening, and squaring components.
• No‑shortcuts mentality: blueprint and execute repairs correctly the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, precise welds, and uncompromising quality.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front‑office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

• Blueprint and execute precise repair work with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work, restoring bent, twisted, or torn sections to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish, making the final touches count.
• Work as a team, maintaining trust and teamwork to move cars through the shop.
• Keep work area clean and safe, maintaining shop tidiness.
