Pay Rate: $22-26/HR on W2
Location:
5555 Park center Circle, Dublin OH - M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: 3-5 story, multi-tenant office buildings Client facing role Team based, with some independent work Resource's typical working day:
Mainly responding to tenant work order requests
- Light bulb replacement - HVAC issues
- Plumbing service calls - PM's
Licenses/Certifications:
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Universal EPA preferred
Must Have

- Electrical - HVAC Great customer service skills Ability to interact on a professional level with all people they come into contact with
Nice to have skills Mechanical aptitude High level of HVAC experience Ability to adapt to changes or emergency situations throughout the day.

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
- Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
- Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
