Tired of Being the Best Diagnostic Tech Without the Right Support?

We are hiring an experienced Lead Diagnostic Technician for a busy, climate-controlled independent repair shop in Dublin.

This is a hands-on diagnostic and repair position for a technician who can solve difficult problems, complete advanced repairs, and help less experienced technicians improve. This is not a Shop Foreman position. You will still work on vehicles and produce, but your experience will also make you a valuable technical resource for the team.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • $30-$55/hour flat rate
  • Approximately 40 flagged hours per week on average
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Seven bays and seven lifts
  • Alignment rack available
  • Fully heated and air-conditioned shop
  • Approximately 75 vehicles per week
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 50% employer contribution
  • PTO and six paid holidays
  • Training reimbursement
  • Shop Fix Academy technician training
  • Potential sign-on bonus
  • Potential relocation assistance
  • Toolbox relocation support
  • Shop lunch every other Friday
