Vaco is hiring a Commercial Building Maintenance Technician in Dublin, OH. This direct hire position offers a salary between $78,000 and $85,000 per year. The ideal candidate will perform preventative maintenance and repairs across commercial office buildings, maintain HVAC systems, and respond to tenant work orders with excellent customer service.
Applicants should have over 5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance, hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and strong troubleshooting skills. The position also includes a comprehensive benefits package encompassing medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
