Towne Place Suites by Marriott Columbus Dublin is seeking a Maintenance-Preventative Maintenance technician to support operation, maintenance and repair of hotel equipment. You will participate in the preventative maintenance program and handle guest requests and work orders with safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities include performing light carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs in guest rooms, kitchens and public areas; responding to alarms and coordinating with Front Desk;
