• Education:
  
  High school diploma required. 2‑year degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Passion for Inclusion: A genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• Requirements:
  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience:
  
  Leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required. Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
