- Apply advanced knowledge of technical concepts and principles to design and develop a variety of software projects.
- Lead a team of engineers, coaching them through all aspects of the SDLC.
- Develop and maintain extensible applications, APIs, and database models.
- Gather and refine project requirements with user experience designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee deployments and support applications after release.
- Recommend new practices, processes, and procedures to improve quality and productivity.
- Review and approve changes to application code.
- Evaluate team members' performances and guide them to growth.

The ideal candidate would bring the following:
- 5+ years of experience building and supporting software systems.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with relational database design and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent certification.
