The assistant superintendent will partner with the Superintendent to direct and coordinate golf course maintenance activities such as maintaining quality course condition quality; selecting, developing, and retaining employees;

and exceeding guest expectations.

• Solid knowledge of turfgrass management principles, including irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
• Experience operating and maintaining golf course maintenance equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
