Utility Worker

Novo Health Services in DuBois PA is seeking a dependable Utility Worker to support production operations by cleaning, moving, and servicing carts and assisting the production floor. This is a fulltime position working a compressed schedule of four ten hour days per week, with scheduled hours from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Team members will have rotating days off each week.

This role requires reliable attendance and flexibility, as overtime may be required based on production needs

Essential Job Functions

* Maintain regular attendance

* Load carts into cart washers and operate washing equipment

* Move carts from washer to drying area

* Dry carts thoroughly, ensuring no waste remains

* Transport clean carts to designated storage areas

* Service production areas with clean carts as needed

* Assist floor utility personnel and truck loaders as required

* Assist with end of shift cleanup

* Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation standards

Requirements

* Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

* Knowledge of workplace safety practices

* Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
