Our client, a leading player in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Sintering Operator 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Sintering Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to quality workmanship which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
Starting at $15 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations.
• Set up machines, including selecting appropriate tools and fixtures.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery is preferred.
• Familiarity with CAM programming is a plus.
• Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality workmanship.
