Position: Weekend Triage Registered Nurse (RN), Home Health
AS A WEEKEND TRIAGE HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (RN), you will experience a rewarding career by providing in-home nursing services for our home health patients through evaluating and assessing patients and coordinating all Home Care services in the patient's home.

* $20,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates

Schedule:

You'll work 10 hour shifts every Friday, Saturday, Sunday. You'll be on-call from Friday at 4:30pm until Monday at 8:00AM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Have a current Pennsylvania RN License

* Have a valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation

* Have current Automobile coverage

* Have 2 years of acute care or long-term care experience

* Have excellent time management skills

* Have strong verbal and written communication skills

* Have strong teaching skills

* Have ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

* Have ability to meet physical requirements of position

* Be a team player
