Locums - Dubois, Pennsylvania, CRNA Opening Locum Tenens Pennsylvania
Join an established Anesthesia team in Dubois, Pennsylvania, providing full-time CRNA coverage beginning September 21, 2026. The assignment is expected to last 3–6 months, with possible extension.
Assignment Details:
Start Date:
September 21, 2026
Contract Length: 3–6 months with possible extension
Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Vacation coverage may be 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- No CRNA call
- Rare late stays may occasionally be needed
- Provider will float between three locations
Clinical Responsibilities:
- General anesthesia
- ENT, including pediatric cases
- GYN and OB
- Plastics
- Endoscopy
- Urology
- Orthopedics
- Vascular
- Cardiothoracic
- Neurological cases
- Regional blocks and epidurals available for providers interested
- Trauma and cardiac cases are covered by staff CRNAs
Vascular, neuro, and thoracic experience is preferred. Pediatric and OB experience is helpful but not required.
Practice Setting:
- 11 ORs
- Hospital GI suites
- CRNA-led endoscopy center
- Bronchoscopy lab
- Cath lab
- Approximately 40 anesthesia cases per day
Individual CRNA volume varies by assignment, with examples including 10–15 GI cases, 6–8 cystoscopies, or 3–4 general cases.
Support & Team:
- 4 anesthesiologists per day
- 15–18 CRNAs per day
- No AAs
- Anesthesiologist medical direction
- Maximum 4:1 CRNA-to-anesthesiologist ratio
Requirements:
- NBCRNA Board Certified – Required
- Active Pennsylvania License – Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience – Required
- ACLS – Required
- BLS – Required
- Cerner EMR
Credentialing typically takes 3–4 weeks when all required documentation is completed. Orientation is scheduled for the first day of the assignment.
