As an Accounting Team Leader, you will take charge of a team of accounting professionals, guiding and supporting them in their daily tasks. You will also be instrumental in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Ensure timely and precise completion of client engagements.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software (Quick Books, Accounting CS) and receptive to learning new technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for resolving complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with both clients and team members.
