Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Location:
Dubuque, IA (Monday - Friday) Job Type: Full‑Time | Direct Hire
A well-established manufacturing company in the Dubuque area is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join its growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to a collaborative office environment.
Qualifications- Associate's degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and month‑end processing
- Experience working with an ERP system (AS400 experience is a plus)
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective problem‑solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Full‑time, stable opportunity
