McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South-Central Regions, has an opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our Corporate Office – Dubuque, Iowa.

An Accounts Receivable Specialist provides support to dealerships and accounting by performing the following duties personally or with administrative support.

• Applying customer payments, including checks, lockbox, ACH, wires and credit cards.
• Researching and resolving unapplied cash, short pay and payment discrepancies.
• Providing phone and email support to customers and branch locations.
• Sending invoice and statement copies and researching billing disputes.
• Reconciling daily deposits and individual customer accounts.

• 2-4 yr degree or related work experience.
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, customer service and Interpersonal skills
