Seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support our accounting department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and providing accurate financial support in a collaborative environment.

• Process and maintain Accounts Payable transactions.
• Prepare and manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Reconcile invoices, statements, and account balances.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities and reporting.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment inquiries.

• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
