Role:
General Clerk II - Support (1st Shift)
Location: Dubuque, IA (Onsite)
Pay: $23.50/hr
Duration: 12-month contract-option to go internal or convert

We're partnering with a top manufacturing client to hire a General Clerk II - Support to support factory operations and organization efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, data tracking, and hands-on operational support.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Process documents, maintain records, and run reports
- Respond to customer inquiries and route complex issues
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support factory 5S initiatives, including audits and organization
- Create and maintain industrial signage, labels, and visual tools
- Manage inventory, supplies, and print room operations
- Use tools like Adobe Illustrator to design print layouts
- Maintain internal systems (including SharePoint)
- Strong clerical / administrative experience
- Attention to detail with data entry and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with design tools (Adobe Illustrator preferred)
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross-functionally
