Biogensys is seeking a part-time Service Center Greeter in Dubuque, IA to welcome customers, assist with check-in and scheduling, verify documents, and support a smooth customer experience.
You will greet arrivals, help with appointment scheduling (same-day or later), inform customers of requirements, review applications for completeness, answer general questions, and assist with other administrative tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
