Finnin Ford in Dubuque, IA is hiring a Collision Repair Technician. This role offers $21.50 to $29.35/hour flat rate in a union shop, featuring a guaranteed paycheck. • Repair, replace, and align body panels, frames, and structural components.
• Follow factory repair procedures for structural and cosmetic damage.
• Prepare vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, surface prep).
• Apply primers, sealers, and top coats.
• Document repairs accurately and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Technicians are expected to provide and maintain their own tools.

• Pay Rate: $21.50 - $29.35 per hour (flat rate), based on experience and skill level.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 flag hour guarantee for a 40 clock hour work week.
• Workplace: Union shop environment.
