Payrate

Salary: $24.32 - $24.32/hr non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.

• Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience – University Degree (1‑2 years or equivalent)
• Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience – University Degree (1‑2 years or equivalent)
• Degree in a Supply Management discipline or equivalent experience – University Degree (1‑2 years or equivalent)
• Experience in specific areas of Supply Management such as supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, etc. May be position specific – Less than 1 year
• Work experience in a team environment – Less than 1 year

• Knowledge of unit processes and operations – Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience using SAP systems.
• Ability to determine, coordinate and process return shipments to suppliers and rework vendors.
