Payroll Coordinator Truck

• Process weekly payroll for multiple company divisions
• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations
• Prepare payroll reports, tax deductions, PTO accruals, and benefit deductions
• Assist employees and managers with payroll‑related questions
• Process wage garnishments and payroll‑related journal entries
• Support payroll process improvements and departmental initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information

• Previous payroll experience or a 2‑year Accounting degree
• Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and computer applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
