Workforce Coordinator – we are seeking a candidate to arrange staffing coverage, build working relationships with direct support staff, and conduct satisfaction check-ins. This role also supervises float/substitute staff and arranges for replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage. If you are ready to make a meaningful difference by ensuring direct support staff are well-trained and equipped for their roles, and you have a heart for this field, a welcoming personality, and enjoy mentoring others, read on.
Responsibilities- Manage master schedules and assure adequate staffing in assigned agency departments.
- Manage substitute and float staff departments, including providing feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
- Schedule replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage.
- Approve, track, and report various time and payroll metrics.
- Process staff call-offs and provide coverage solutions.
- Participate in weekend on-call duties.
- Bachelor's degree in a human services or business-related field, preferred.
- One to two years of prior experience of a similar scope.
- One to two years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through verbal and written mediums.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn and be proficient in scheduling software.
- Flexibility in assigned working locations and hours.
Offer contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check, dependent adult and child abuse background checks, and a drug screen.
