HR - Workforce Coordinator

Workforce Coordinator – we are seeking a candidate to arrange staffing coverage, build working relationships with direct support staff, and conduct satisfaction check-ins. This role also supervises float/substitute staff and arranges for replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage. • Manage master schedules and assure adequate staffing in assigned agency departments.
• Manage substitute and float staff departments, including providing feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
• Schedule replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage.
• Approve, track, and report various time and payroll metrics.
• Process staff call-offs and provide coverage solutions.
• Participate in weekend on-call duties.

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or business-related field, preferred.
• One to two years of prior experience of a similar scope.
• One to two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through verbal and written mediums.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and be proficient in scheduling software.
• Flexibility in assigned working locations and hours.
