Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support enterprise applications and business process initiatives
- Participate in Agile team activities, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Assist with documenting business and system requirements
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise solutions
- Analyze data and create reports to support business needs
- Maintain project documentation and process workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
The company is looking for:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Initiative and the desire to own tasks from start to finish
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of AI and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision making
- Full-time temporary position for 6 months
- Hybrid work model based in Fremont, IN or Dubuque, IA
