Teller Service Associate; Sycamore

Overview

Teller Service Associate  will work with an inclusive team to provide courteous, professional, and knowledgeable service to members and potential members, with a focus on making a positive impact and helping members with their financial needs. The role includes learning skills that support a long-term Dupaco career and opportunities for growth and incentives, including competitive pay and benefits.

• Connecting with members and potential members to increase satisfaction and account usage through courteous, professional service
• Accurately and efficiently processing transactions (deposits, payments, withdrawals, cashing checks, etc.)
• Actively listening to identify the member’s unique needs and educating them on appropriate credit union products and services
• Understanding the technology available to members and demonstrating how to use it
• Performing miscellaneous operational duties in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Promoting a positive and professional image of the credit union

• High school diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) or equivalent experience
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
• Ability to exude confidence and lead by example in providing outstanding member service
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust your communication style to your audience
• A positive attitude and strong desire to help others
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate between multiple programs
