Healthcare Customer Service Internship

• Shadow experienced customer service professionals and learn World Class Service techniques
• Participate in mentoring and networking opportunities with leadership
• Assist hospitals, clinics, and end users with placing, tracking, and maintaining orders
• Provide product information and check inventory status
• Respond to routine and some non-routine, complex customer service inquiries and problems by telephone
• Review customers' service needs and refer them to other service departments for follow-up
• Work closely with Sales Service Division team members
• Gain exposure to sales, product support, quality assurance, and operations
• Complete a ten-week summer program from early June through mid-August

• Rising senior in an undergraduate program / junior standing
• 3.0 minimum GPA preferred
• Ability to travel for job shadowing or mentorship programs within state and out of state
• Active interest in the healthcare industry preferred
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and follow-up skills required
• Bias toward action, quality service, and results orientation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work a hybrid office schedule, with some days worked at home
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

Demonstrates strong organizational, planning, and communication skills while actively engaging in customer service and healthcare industry exposure. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of working in a hybrid office environment.
