What You’ll Do
  • Deliver comprehensive preventive and therapeutic hygiene care
  • Perform patient assessments, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings
  • Educate patients on oral health, home care, and disease prevention
  • Partner with doctors to identify and present treatment opportunities that improve long-term patient outcomes
  • Build trust and lasting relationships with patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state and regulatory guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture focused on outstanding patient care
What We’re Looking For
  • Current Iowa Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Passion for preventive care and improving patient health

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification
Compensation

$38-$43 per hour
