We are seeking a dedicated and creative Lead Teacher to join our childcare center in Dubuque, IA. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging learning experiences using the Creative Curriculum. These experiences will include art, outdoor activities, dramatic play, sensory experiences, and music & movement. The ideal candidate is a team player who builds strong relationships with families, team members, and the children in our center.

Responsibilities- Plan and implement creative learning experiences through the Creative Curriculum.
- Incorporate activities such as art, outdoor play, dramatic play, sensory experiences, and music & movement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Support a positive, nurturing, and team-oriented classroom environment.
- Experience working in an early childhood classroom.
- Ability to lift fifty pounds.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education, or an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood is preferred.
- Applicants with other degrees and two years of early childhood experience may also be considered.
