This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubuque, IA, for a Project Engineer. The Project Engineer will oversee and manage engineering projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include project planning, technical evaluations, creating and implementing engineering designs, and managing project timelines. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.

• Strong skills in Project Engineering and Project Planning for managing and executing engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and related technical expertise to support project design and implementation.
• Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver results within set deadlines.
• Experience with relevant engineering software and tools is a plus.
