Pump Product Specialist

Baker Manufacturing Company LLC is seeking a Pump Product Specialist to support our water system and industrial product lines. In this role, you will assist customers, distributors, and internal teams with pump selection, sizing, and troubleshooting for municipal, agricultural, and industrial applications. Responsibilities include interpreting specifications and drawings, preparing technical quotations, coordinating with engineering and production, and providing post sale support.

You'll help improve product documentation, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold our culture of safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and distributors with pump selection, sizing, and application support
• Interpret specifications, drawings, and bid documents to recommend appropriate pump solutions
• Prepare technical quotations and product configurations for municipal, agricultural, and industrial projects
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to resolve product or application issues
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and post sale technical support for installed equipment
• Maintain accurate product and application data in CRM/ERP systems
• Contribute to product documentation, manuals, and technical bulletins
• Participate in continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives on the shop floor and in the office
• Assist sales teams with technical training and product presentations
• Gather field feedback to help guide product enhancements and new product development
