What started as Back Waters Stage, an outdoor concert experience in a temporary setup, has grown into a permanent, world-class amphitheater. This is a major upgrade and a milestone for our property and our community. As an Amp Event Attendant, you welcome guests, guide them to their seats, and make sure every person who walks through the gate feels like they are exactly where they are supposed to be.

This is a schedule-based position with hours determined by event programming, perfect for someone who loves live music, people, and creating memorable moments.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Entertainment Manager

BASIC FUNCTIONServe as the welcoming presence at Back Waters Amp events by greeting guests at the gate, scanning tickets, verifying identification, and ushering guests to their seats in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome guests warmly at the entrance gate and set a positive tone for their experience

Scan and verify tickets at the gate using event ticketing systems or equipment

Check guest identification and distribute 21 and over wristbands in accordance with event policy

Usher guests to their seating areas and assist with questions about the venue

Adhere to all event safety standards and procedures

Monitor assigned areas and communicate any concerns to the Entertainment Manager Assist guests with accessibility needs in a respectful and attentive manner

Maintain a welcoming and calm presence even during high-traffic entry periods

Sell beverage tickets to guests accurately and efficiently

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma Previous experience in customer service, events, or hospitality is a plus

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE Able to communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally with guests and co-workers

Attentive and accurate when scanning tickets and verifying identification

Maintains composure and friendliness during busy or high-pressure entry periods

Dependable and available for scheduled event shifts including evenings and weekends
