Client Relationship Consultant – U.S. Bank

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500

• Build and foster relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up, assessing their financial needs and banking channel preferences.
• Provide the best possible counsel across multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, and virtually) while adopting a digital-first mindset.
• Obtain and process customer and account information, and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs.
• Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and digital services.
• Process basic transactions, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.
• Leverage available resources and technologies to deliver an optimal client experience and operational excellence.

• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z is required. A criminal background and credit check will be conducted as part of the registration process.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically a minimum of three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Effective engagement and communication with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset.
• Proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer needs both reactively and proactively.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (actual range may vary by location).
