Description

The credit union will rely on this person to strengthen member service by ensuring accuracy of data at both the account level and member level. This position will create efficiencies in how we process and ensure accuracy of data and documentation. A solid knowledge of credit union processes and procedures will be put to use as you support the activities that create the best possible member experiences at Dupaco.

You Will:

  • Maintain a working knowledge of policy and procedures to assist with audits, report review, managing exceptions, and error resolution.
  • Responsible for accurate reporting to state and federal authorities in compliance with regulatory.
  • Utilize MRM to manage tickets for member services, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on member and deposit account documentation, including data accuracy, in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Provide support to frontline staff by building awareness, capability, and consistency through error research and resolution.
  • Perform member research including verification of deposits and attorney verifications.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the systems utilized for deposit and member service functions in order to perform all job duties accurately and efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Dupaco's products and procedures, specifically deposit issues.
  • Meet goals set for the department and the position, including supporting projects and other key initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in computers; ability to learn in-house application software and manage various accounting programs and systems.
  • Demonstrate complex problem solving and strong decision-making skills to solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Must maintain confidentiality in all credit union matters.
  • Must be self-starter with high energy and motivation.
