Associate, Investment Associate

First Community Trust, N.A. is looking for an Investment Associate in Dubuque, IA. This full-time role involves supporting portfolio management, trading, and investment research. The ideal candidate will help deliver sound investment strategies while ensuring compliance and high standards of client service.

• Support portfolio management through account reviews and performance analysis
• Execute trades including funds, equities, and bonds
• Conduct investment research and due diligence
• Monitor market trends and assist in developing economic updates
• Prepare client materials and reports for meetings
• Support compliance through portfolio monitoring
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in investment management, portfolio administration, or trading is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with Excel for data analysis
• High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• Interest in financial markets and economic trends
• Ability to collaborate and communicate insights clearly
• Experience with portfolio management tools is a plus
