Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Hills & Dales, Dubuque, IA
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hills & Dales is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide assessment and therapy for children and adults with speech, language, cognitive, social communication, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities:- Conduct evaluations and provide individualized therapy
- Develop and implement care plans
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing
- Stay current with best practices and standards
- Masterffs in Speech Language Pathology
- SLP license required
- 3+ years of experience (pediatrics, autism, developmental disabilities preferred)
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical support tasks
Offer contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check, dependent adult and child abuse background checks, and drug screen.
