Overview

Mary’s Inn, a faith-based maternity home in Dubuque, Iowa is seeking mature individual with a variety of life experiences to join our team. Successful candidates will have experience working in the fields of substance abuse, homelessness, or mental health, and who are able to show compassion and understanding for girls who have chosen life for their babies.

Second shift (3:30 pm - 11 pm) Mon-Fri

Required

A strong Christian faith

2-3 years paid experience in residential work with substance abuse, homelessness, or brain health adults.

High school diploma or GED

Able to pass a criminal, sex offender, and abuse background check

Able to pass a drug screening

Physically able to walk up and down stairs and ability to lift 25 pounds

Possess a valid driver s license & reliable transportation

Preferred

Experience raising children through adulthood.

Experience with Trauma Informed Care and/or Motivational Interviewing.
